  • At this time, Ultimate Fitness Media ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ultimate Fitness Media ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Standard Shipping: Merchandise will be shipped via courier accompanied by a tracking number.  Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery of products that must be shipped.

    Due to the nature of our products and the inherit risks of duplcation, all sales are considered FINAL.  Should you receive a product that is defective for any reason, simply contact us and we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us at our expense.  Once determined that the product is indeed defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

    NOTE FOR DVD PRODUCTS: Though every attempt has been made in order to make our DVDs compatible with as many DVD/Blu-Ray drives as possible, it is possible that our DVDs may not be compatible in your player.  Before sending a DVD back, ensure that it is not your player and test the DVD on another player to ensure it's not simly a compatibility issue.
